Keeping in touch with family, even though we are far away...

Location: United States

We are transplants from rural Arizona, so obviously we are loving the excitement of the city. We like riding the Metro (okay, that's mainly the kids...), sight-seeing at the White House, going on adventures, and swimming at the Rec Center. So, obviously, life is good for the Virginia Lambsons.

Remember this kitchen? Remember these crazy kids?!

Fishing FUN

Loving the feather in my hair, and Aaron's crazy curls.

I'm wondering if you're most proud of your strapping warrior/hunter/gatherer husband or the feather in your hair? And Aaron...if he had to choose would it be his rather freckled squaw or the fish in his hand that gets the devotion?
When I was younger Dad used to say that the freckles all over my face, shoulders, arms and arse came from the cow I was standing too close too when said bovine dropped a schloppy pile of alfalfa goo all over the corral. Last I checked cow poop was green. Hello? My freckeles, after lemon juice and hydrogen peroxide even, were never green.
